Holiday Greeting from Lauri Perman

These letters ground us in our work and remind us that for 80 years Pendle Hill has been a special place for thousands of people.  Each note of thanks shows us how reading a pamphlet, time spent in a workshop, or a walk through our grounds can create an opening, a spark that changes lives and connects people with the burning reality of God.

Beech Tree

It is your generosity that makes this work possible. It helps us pay for general operating expenses, the Young Adult Leadership Development (YALD) program, and scholarship support. It enables transformation in the lives of our students.

To continue being the container for transformative experiences, Pendle Hill must make some major repairs and replacements to maintain our aging buildings and reduce energy consumption. Last year, the severe winter caused unexpected damage to our trees; continuing tree service is needed to maintain and protect the beauty of the Pendle Hill campus arboretum.

With these program, building, and tree needs in mind, I hope you will consider donating to Pendle Hill this holiday season. If you have already contributed, please accept our heartfelt gratitude.

With warm wishes for a joyful holiday season,
In faith and friendship,
