Adetokunbo A. Adeshile is a recent graduate of Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana, and a Bonner Scholar alum. The Bonner Scholarship granted him the opportunity to volunteer in the Richmond community in a variety of capacities, mostly as a mentor to youth coming from underprivileged backgrounds. A native to Philadelphia, Adetokunbo is blessed with the heart of a teacher and promotes personal development in everyone he meets. Currently he serves as an AmeriCorps*VISTA member, working to reduce poverty in the Richmond area by recruiting and mobilizing college students as volunteers. Come learn about his spiritual path, struggles, and what he has learned about poverty and being a servant leader.
